Andre acts for condominium developers, i.e. people who are involved in the development and sale of condominium projects in Alberta.
Andre’s qualifications as a condominium lawyer include:
a) practiced condominium law in Alberta since 1988 (involved in more than 300 projects);
b) invented “mini-lot” bare land condos as a method of phasing townhouse projects;
c) participated in Alberta government’s working groups which helped draft changes to Condominium Act and Regulation;
d) guest speaker on condominium issues for various groups (Canadian Condominium Institute, Legal Education Society, Canadian Bar Association, University of Alberta continuing education, Home Builders’ Association, etc.);
Andre believes in plain language. He also believes in practical advice. The goal, in most cases, is to provide clients with value that exceeds the cost of the legal services provided.
Darryl obtained both his Bachelor of Science Degree (1988) and Bachelor of Law Degree (1991) from the University of Alberta. He was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 1992 and has practiced in the Edmonton area since then. Practice areas include Real Estate (purchases, sales, refinancings), Corporate/Commercial (incorporations, financings, share/asset deals) and Wills & Estates (probate, will, power of attorney, personal directive). He is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association with an executive position on the Real Property subsection.
Darryl resides in St. Albert and has dedicated many hours to community sports as a coach in hockey, soccer, ringette and lacrosse. He spends free time enjoying family (wife and 3 kids) and travel. A good day for Darry would be an Edmonton Oilers’ win, a Seattle Seahawks’ win, a Toronton Raptors’ win and New York Yankees’ loss.

Edward is a graduate of the University of Alberta (B.A., 2013) and the University of Ottawa (J.D., 2016). He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2017.
Edward practices almost exclusively in the field of condominium law with an emphasis on condominium development. Edward acts for developers of condominium projects for residential, industrial and mixed-use properties. In addition, Edward’s real estate practice involves assisting clients with buying and selling residential properties.
Edward is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Edmonton Bar Association. In his spare time, Edward sings bass with All Points West Chamber Music Society and the Greenwood Singers.
Shane is a partner at Parker Dubrule Szaskiewicz LLP.
Shane obtained his Bachelor of Arts (1988) and Law Degree (1991) from the University of Alberta. He has over 25 years experience primarily in Real Estate and Corporate law.
Shane is an active member of his community with various board involvements over the years and coaching kids in minor league soccer and hockey.
His interests include gardening, golf, yoga and Scotch.
Sandeep is a lawyer at Parker Dubrule Szaszkiewicz LLP.
Sandeep attended law school at the University of London, United Kingdom, and subsequently completed her Master’s degree at the Osgoode Hall Law School, York University in 2016.
Sandeep regularly appears before the Provincial Court Queen’s Bench of Alberta and various tribunals representing clients in family, criminal, civil and immigration law cases. Specifically, her experience includes:
